Hi, I'm Natalie Lesniak, PT, CCRT! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994, but my journey into the world of canine rehabilitation began a bit later, and very close to home. It all started when my 4-year old chocolate lab needed help recovering from a spinal injury, Years later, my passion for canine health and wellness was reignited when my 2-year old Golden doodle struggled with a chronic muscle strain that wasn't responding to traditional interventions.
That's when I discovered the transformative world of canine rehabilitation. After working with a Canine Rehabilitation Therapist and seeing firsthand how it made a difference, I knew I had to pursue this path. In 2024, I proudly became certified through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute, turning a lifelong passion into a fulfilling career.
Today, I'm thrilled to bring compassionate, personalized care to your furry family members, one paw at a time! I provide in-home canine rehabilitation services across the greater Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Nassau, and Orange Park areas, ensuring your pets receive the best care in the comfort of their own space.

"What an experience it has been having Natalie work our boy! Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, my husband and I now have the tools to implement into our home to help our dog maintain a strong, active, and healthy build in his adult years. Natalie has built such a special relationship with Maverick and demonstrates such great mannerisms when working with him. The level of trust that she has built and companionship that she portrays in our boys life is incredible to watch. We are so thankful for all of her work to keep our boy as healthy as possibly for as long as possible!" -Jessica Sartin
"Thank you Natalie. We really appreciated the time you were able to spend with Ringo. You did an amazing job with him. You always made sure that he was comfortable, relaxed and practically pain-free before you left. Animals need more people like you. Keep up the great work. If you need any letters of recommendation or patient testimonies, we will be glad to share ours with you. Thank you again for doing so much to help us and our sweet boy Ringo" -Chris Bayer
